They came out, after hours, that night to check my house in the pouring rain. They were able to tell me exactly what was wrong and what they could do to fix it. “The gentleman, Wes, was not scheduled to be the one to come, so he was close to being on time. Once here, he was very knowledgeable about the companies procedures and the bugs as well. Very courteous and calmly explained what he would do. I scheduled an appointment for the following work day and he was adaptable to the time I had available to be at home. He did a walk thru and the quote was also reasonable for what I was expecting and compared to others around me that had been sprayed. Now 4 weeks later the final spray was done. But first, I had seen a few more bugs in the couch and they promptly came and sprayed and didn't have to come for another 2 weeks. I'm glad I chose this company I am confident that all the bugs are gone and if I do have any problems I will be calling him again. They definitely seem to know their business and I am very pleased with what they've done."
