Innovative Pest Management strives to provide customers with quality services.  Innovative Pest Management may employ techniques that other companies fail to utilize,  such as moisture meters.  Moisture meters are very handy tools in telling us when the conditions for infestations are present.  Termites have to bring moisture into a structure to survive (their thin exoskeleton losses moisture quickly). The moisture meter can detect high levels of moisture where termites or other pests may exist.  Carpenter ants need areas of moist or damaged wood so that they can dig out their home.  In many cases there is no visual sign of these insects behind a wall, but the moisture meter may detect their presence.  This technique in conjunction with a thorough visual inspection of the interior and exterior of the home will provide the superior inspection by IPM.  We inspect the outside of the home by searching mulch beds, landscape timbers, under decks, and cellulose material next to the house and many other areas.  We can take digital pictures of areas damaged by pests and send them via e-mail or attach them to the report.  Innovative Pest Management will timely provide a professional typed report.  The service does not stop when the inspection is done.  We are available for questions at any time and can be reached over the phone or e-mail.   Typed reports can be mailed to the person requesting the inspection, or sent to the appropriate agent or mortgage company.  We can also fax a copy or e-mail copies upon request.   Innovative Pest Management does NOT try to sell treatment for wood destroying insects on structures that it inspects (unless requested by the current owner, no proposal for treatment is given with inspection) ; so you will receive a non-biased report.

All pricing in this table are average rates charged.  Rates may vary due to structural construction, location, and accessibility to areas that need to be inspected (crawl spaces, local/out of town, boxes next to walls in garages, crawl space etc..).  Wood Destroying Insects can include: ( Termites, Carpenter Ants, Carpenter Bees, Old House Borer, and Powderpost Beetles).
